“When I was in high school, I enjoyed participating in sports. I continued my involvement in college while at Baylor University, my junior year, by returning to pole vaulting. That is when I realized I wanted a career working with the physically active human body. I saw that physical therapy offered diverse career options, working with people of all ages and physical abilities.
“I believe in treating my patients based on the source of their problem, not just the symptoms. An effective practitioner needs to be a good listener in order to discover what the source of the problem really is. This also helps build trust and confidence with patients. As owner of my practice, I hope to give my patients an overall satisfying experience that provides results and improves their quality of life. I define that as conducting a thorough evaluation of each patient’s condition, providing evidence-based treatment options and working with patients to help them develop and reach their own
unique goals.”

Most of our aide staff are currently pursuing or have completed science degrees from a four-year university. Most are planning to apply to Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy school as they finish their undergraduate studies.
Business Office Staff
Helen Grether, Front Office Coordinator since 2010. Schedules appointments, coordinates charges and payments.
Carol Taylor, Insurance Claims/Workers' Comp Specialist since 2010. Documentation and claims specialist.
Missy Bueltel, Office Manager since 2010. Supervises all front-office staff, daily operations, hiring and Human Resources.
